Women Initiating New Directions Organisation (WINDO) Inc. is Noosa and the Sunshine Coast's organising body and hub of collaboration for innovative women's events and the WINDO International Women's Week Festival each year.
Inaugurated in 2017, WINDO is a not-for-profit organisation whose purpose is to honour, celebrate and advance women's talents, innovations and endeavours across all facets of life.
WINDO passionately holds a vision that the region will become an international example of a thriving and collaborative society and culture, inclusive and supportive of women and girls of all ages and walks of life.
